SMS consent is collected separately from our privacy policy and terms. During sign up or profile updates, you will see a dedicated checkbox labeled:
βIf you select a contact and they are not on our platform, we will send them a message to let them know you are inviting them to join you on ING. Do you permit us to send an invite on your behalf?β
You must actively check this box (or tap an equivalent button) to opt in. SMS consent is never pre-selected and is not a condition of purchase or app usage.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or manage your preferences in-app. Reply HELP for assistance.
